01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pmbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino services accessible at pmbet.ws. By accessing the pmbet website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the pmbet platform and close your account by contacting customer support.

pmbet reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Policy

Access to and use of the pmbet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during account use.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local laws.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a pmbet employee, director, officer, or agent, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a pmbet account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. pmbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, and location.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of pmbet services, you must create a registered account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Rule: Each individual may register and maintain only one pmbet account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current at all times.
3. Account Security: You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pmbet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
4. Verification: pmbet may require identity, age, and payment verification documents before processing withdrawals or as part of our ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
5. Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting pmbet customer support. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be cleared or forfeited before closure is finalised. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pmbet platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: pmbet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods are subject to change; current options are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
• Platform Fees: pmbet does not charge platform-side fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges for which pmbet accepts no responsibility.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT. Crypto (USDT TRC20) withdrawals are processed within two hours subject to network conditions.
• Matched Ownership: The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the verified identity on your pmbet account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Anti-Money Laundering: pmbet complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to delay or decline any transaction where we have reasonable grounds to suspect financial crime. Deposits may not be withdrawn until they have been used in genuine wagering activity.

05 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagers placed on the pmbet platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately in the relevant product sections.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pmbet. pmbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where it suspects market manipulation, data errors, or prohibited conduct.
• Odds & Prices: Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are binding. pmbet reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds at any time, including after bets have been placed.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond permitted thresholds, obvious pricing errors, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bet stakes are returned to the account balance.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical match events. bets placed during a suspension period may be void. Cash-out is available on selected markets and is subject to the cash-out terms published in the sportsbook section.
• Cricket Markets: PSL, Test matches, and international cricket ODIs and T20Is are governed by the pmbet Cricket Betting Rules, which include specific provisions for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results, super overs, abandoned matches, and reduced-overs games.
• Casino & Live Casino: All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, poker, and rummy, are governed by the individual game rules provided by the game supplier. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, the round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's balance.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

pmbet offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bet credits, reload offers, and cashback incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Opting in to a new promotion while an existing bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the incomplete bonus.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible verified accounts only. Players who have not completed identity verification are not eligible to claim or wager bonus funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse any promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or collusion — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Modification & Cancellation: pmbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the announcement.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pmbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, household, or beneficial owner.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the platform, or interact with any pmbet service.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting across related accounts, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit pricing discrepancies to guaranteed profit without genuine risk.
• Colluding with other players in poker, rummy, or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name or conducting transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform in connection with money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward pmbet staff or other platform users.

08 Responsible Gaming

pmbet is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care toward all players seriously.

pmbet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits are applied immediately and can only be increased after a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further betting is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous play, reminding you of the time spent on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up summaries of your session activity, including total wagered, total won, and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time via account settings or by contacting our 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation.

pmbet reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures, including mandatory deposit limits or account suspension, on any player where our monitoring systems identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the player has self-requested such measures.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the pmbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of pmbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pmbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, or sell any content from the platform.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform without pmbet's express written consent.

The pmbet name, logo, and all related marks, trade names, and service marks are the exclusive trademarks of pmbet. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of pmbet.

10 Limitation of Liability

The pmbet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pmbet expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

pmbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any services offered thereon.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service, including due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or information displayed on the platform.
• Any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond pmbet's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pmbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

pmbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection principles observed by pmbet include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• pmbet does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data transmitted between your device and the pmbet platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

12 Amendments to These Terms

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
